1. The Promoter
The promoter of all competitions is Your Lucky Number, operated by Your Lucky Number LTD, trading as Your Lucky Number (Company Number: NI639722).

2. The Competitions
2.1 These terms apply to every competition hosted on the Your Lucky Number website (“the Website”).
2.2 All competitions are skill-based. Paid entries require a fee per entry. Where a simple or multiple-choice question is used, a free postal entry option is available.
2.3 To qualify for entry into a draw, all participants (“Entrants”) must correctly answer the competition question or solve the problem set by the Promoter.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Each competition opens and closes on the dates shown on the Website (“Opening Date” and “Closing Date”). All dates and times refer to UK (London) time.
3.2 The Promoter may amend opening or closing dates only where absolutely necessary. Updated dates will be displayed on the Website. Closing dates will never be extended purely to increase ticket sales.
3.3 Entries must be received before the stated closing time. Late entries may be rejected without refund.
3.4 Each competition has a stated maximum number of entries. Once this limit is reached, no further entries will be accepted.
3.5 Entrants may submit multiple paid entries up to the per-user limit. One free postal entry is permitted per competition. Bulk entries are not permitted and will be counted as a single entry.
3.6 Online entry process:

Select your answer and number of entries
Complete the checkout and registration
Submit payment to receive confirmation
This process may be repeated up to the entry limit.
3.7 All entries must be submitted in English. Entries in any other language will be disqualified without refund.
3.8 Entry confirmation and ticket numbers will be emailed for paid entries.
3.9 The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, or failed entries due to technical or system errors.
3.10 By entering, you enter into a legally binding contract with the Promoter and agree to these terms.
4. Winner Selection
4.1 All correct entries are entered into a random draw, conducted within 7 days of the Closing Date.
4.2 Entrant names and numbers may appear on a published spreadsheet or live draw. Requests for name removal must be emailed at least 48 hours before the draw.

5. Eligibility
5.1 Competitions are open to UK & Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding:
Employees of the Promoter
Employees of connected suppliers or agents
5.2 Proof of eligibility may be required. Failure to provide proof may result in disqualification.
5.3 Automated or incomplete entries are invalid.
5.4 Abusive, disruptive, or unsporting behaviour may result in exclusion.
5.5 Entry fees are non-refundable, including where:
You are later found ineligible
Eligibility criteria change
You are disqualified
5.6 Fraud, hacking, system interference, or misuse will result in voided entries, no refunds, and potential permanent bans.
6. The Prize
6.1 Prize details are shown on the Website and are correct at the Opening Date.
6.2 Prizes may be substituted with alternatives of equal or greater value if necessary.
6.3 No guarantees are given regarding prize condition, accuracy of descriptions, or value.
Vehicle prizes:
MOT provided where required
No insurance or road tax included
Winner assumes full legal responsibility upon delivery
Safety equipment is the winner’s responsibility
6.4 Prizes may be supplied by third parties.
6.5 Cash alternatives may be offered if prizes become unavailable.
6.6 Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.
7. Winners
7.1 All Promoter decisions are final.
7.2 Winners’ names are announced during live draws unless redaction is requested in advance.
7.3 Winners must be contactable within 21 days. Failure to respond may result in prize reallocation.
7.4 Winner details may be published to demonstrate a valid award.
7.5 Information may still be shared with regulators if required by law.
7.6 Customers may win a maximum of five times. After this, purchasing will be restricted to protect fairness and prevent financial crime.
8. Claiming the Prize
8.1 Prizes must be claimed personally.
8.2 Contact detail changes must be reported promptly.
8.3 Cash prizes are paid to the winner’s verified bank account only.
8.4 No compensation is payable if a prize is declined or not claimed.
8.5 Vehicle ownership will be transferred using the V5 prior to handover.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no liability for loss, injury, or damage arising from prize use, except where caused by negligence. Statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Data Protection & Publicity
10.1 Personal data is processed in line with the Privacy Policy.
10.2 Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity.
10.3 Publicity consent may be withdrawn without affecting winning chances.
10.4 Identity verification is mandatory for prize transfer.
10.5 Data removal requests will withdraw the entrant from the competition without refund.
11. General
11.1 Terms may be updated at any time.
11.2 Breaches may result in exclusion.
11.3 Competitions may be voided or cancelled due to circumstances beyond control, with refunds issued where applicable.
11.4 Draws proceed regardless of entry volume.
11.5 Competitions are not affiliated with Facebook.
11.6 English law applies.
11.7 Entrants should retain a copy of these terms.
12. Anti-Money Laundering Policy
Your Lucky Number complies with the Gambling Act 2005 and AML regulations. Measures include:
