How quickly will I receive my prize if I’m selected?

For larger items, a member of the YLN Competitions team will typically arrange delivery within around five days of the competition result being confirmed. Smaller prizes may arrive sooner. Delivery is always free of charge.

 


Can I take part if I live outside the UK or Ireland?

Yes — participants from many countries may enter. However, it is your responsibility to ensure participation complies with the laws in your own country before entering.

Where can I view my entry numbers?

Your entry numbers are listed in your confirmation email and are also available within your online account.

 


How is the winner selected?

All participants who correctly answer the competition question are included in the final selection process. The selection is conducted using an independently verified random number process to ensure fairness and transparency.

 


What happens if not all entries are allocated?

Competitions proceed on the advertised closing date regardless of the total number of entries allocated.
